I, like yo...I hope you get those documents, Tracey. I, like your Mom, am very interested in learning about my ancestors. Because I was adopted I am very curious about my birth mom's South Carolinian tree. Doing some research I found that my maternal family are descendants of a German who migrated to South Carolina, bought a plantation and had relations with a slave and voila here we are.
